Taryn has drafted every type of contract, from IT service level agreements to multi-billion rand investment mandates to shareholders agreements. She is a contract guru!

Admitted as an attorney in 2015, Richard has wide-ranging experience drawn from both legal practice, in-house legal counsel and legal consulting roles. Having worked in-house for start-ups as well as established businesses across e-Learning, digital media, e-commerce and legislative industries, Richard is well placed and passionate about helping SME's to establish and enhance their legal frameworks.
His specialties include nuanced business legal advice, drafting, vetting and negotiating commercial agreements and company policies, establishing robust data-protection and access to information compliance frameworks and assisting with in-house labour law matters.
